UNVEILING PATTERNS

ECOFEMINISM WITHIN BUSINESS CULTURE

seeking women leaders that are not being heard by their male coworkers

Share Your Untold Stories for the Documentary Unveiling Patterns.

Unveiling Patterns, aims to explore the experiences of women leaders in the business community and the long-term impact.

The Balcony Production’s goal is to shed light on the challenges women face, particularly when it comes to being heard and respected by their male counterparts, and how these experiences intersect with environmental concerns within the realm of business practices.

Our team believes that by capturing and sharing these stories, we can bring attention to the importance of gender equality and the urgent need for a more inclusive and sustainable approach to business.

Through this documentary, we aim to inspire dialogue, raise awareness, and drive positive change in workplaces around the world.

At this time, we are specifically seeking women leaders who have encountered situations where their concerns for the workplace environment were disregarded or overlooked within their professional settings.

We want to hear about the times when you raised your voice — especially as it pertains to environmental issues — only to be met with indifference or resistance from your male colleagues.

Your experiences can provide valuable insights into the necessity of prioritizing sustainability and integrating responsible practices into everyday business operations.

By participating in this documentary, you have the opportunity to share your unique perspective, inspire others, and contribute to a collective voice advocating for a more inclusive and environmentally conscious future. Your stories will be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

If you identify as a woman leader who has experienced situations where your male counterparts did not listen to your ideas or failed to respect your perspectives issues, we invite you to consider sharing your story for "Unveiling Patterns."

Together, we can amplify the voices of women in the workplace and shed light on the critical intersection of gender equality and environmental concerns within business practices.

To express your interest in participating or to learn more about the documentary project, please reach out to us via direct message or email. We highly value your desired level of confidentiality, and we assure you that your story will be handled with great care and professionalism.

Note: This documentary project is dedicated to understanding Ecofeminism as it relates to Business Culture, while capturing and sharing the untold stories of women leaders and does NOT endorse or promote any specific organization or agend

Together, we can take action to help the people of Ukraine by donating to Save The Children, an organization that is ensuring safe measures for youth in Ukraine. The Balcony is donating 10% of every project to Save The Children during the month of March 2022.

Every year, Hannah Flint, owner of The Balcony, donates a small sum to Transitions, which works to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in Spokane.
